为了积极响应国家“一带一路”的建设精神，伦敦大学玛丽女王学院音乐系将携手伦敦大学玛丽女王学院孔子学院、中国民族器乐中心（UK）联合举办第一届中英国际音乐节，力求促进中英文化交流，造就中英人文共融。此次音乐节内容包括器乐比赛、大师讲座及音乐会。评委及嘉宾阵容强大，分别来自于英国皇家音乐学院、中央音乐学院、中国音乐学院、上海音乐学院等，在国际享有盛名。
In order to actively respond to the nation construction spirit of " One Belt and One Road", Music Department of Queen Mary College in London University will cooperate with Confucius Institute of Queen Mary College in London University, as well as Chinese National Instrumental Music Centre (UK), jointly organizing the first China-UK International Music Festival, to promote cultural communication and make the Sino-British cultural communion. The music festival includes instrumental competitions, master lectures and concerts. The judges and guests have a strong presence, relatively from Royal Academy of Music, Royal College of Music, Central Conservatory of Music, China Conservatory of Music, Shanghai Conservatory of Music, etc., enjoying a high reputation around the world.
